Clinical Supervision
Working in the health setting is challenging thus it is important that individuals use Clinical Supervision. Our backgrounds and experience enables us to offer both individual and group clinical supervision. Clinical supervision can be provided for those individuals working within Adult mental health, Child mental health or with individuals experiencing intellectual disabilities and/or challenging behaviour.

Bibliotherapy
A low level intervention for mild to moderate Depression and Anxiety. The Bibliotherapy package includes An initial assessment to identify the problem. A workbook tailored to specific individual needs and (where applicable) a free relaxation CD. Telephone contact is maintained once weekly for eight weeks. Treatment concludes with a face to face review meeting.
Individual Parenting
Designed to offer Parents and Caregivers strategies around issues they consider problematic. This work may include developing relationships and/or behavioural problems.
Family and Individual Conferencing
Working with families where issues are disrupting the quality of family life. Conferencing is designed to mediate and mutually agree a path which will enable a family to again function.
Training and Education
We provide training packages on either a one-to one basis or for groups. Educational packages can be discussed with employers to ensure they are specific and relevant to identified areas of need.
